“We woke up on a Sunday morning to a 56 degree home. We called Smith Service & they had a technician out to our home in less than an hour. It was determined that the control panel on the furnace was faulty & they did not have one at their shop. The technician called around until he found the part & drove to Kansas City to pick it up & installed it by mid afternoon. This is the second time that Smith Service Co has provided exceptional & above & beyond service. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating & air work done.
